Return Boards to USB Control

For troubleshooting reasons, or because your project requirements have changed, you may want to reset your peers so they connect to your computer via USB again.

With the peer you want to set back to connect via USB plugged into your computer via USB, follow these steps:

  1. Click the “Change Connection Type” button on the driver.

  2. Select “USB Connection” (make sure the board is plugged into your computer via USB)

  3. If you need to select the correct serial port, do so. When connected to that port, the software will attempt to reset the board’s configuration back to USB connection.

If you are unable to get the board to toggle back to USB control, you can always do a factory reset which will force the control board to look for a USB connection rather than a connection to a bridge.
